Rental Rates

There is a 10% reduced occupancy discount for 2 people sharing one bedroom. For those wanting a luxury break with all the facilities that the cottage has to offer but without the second bedroom. This applies to all dates and length of stay throughout the year apart from Christmas and New Year, when it only applies to 7 night stays.

NOTE: In high season, 7 night stays take precedence. Shorter stays may be available, please enquire. When available our rates are:

2 Bedroom Occupancy: £150 per night (3 night minimum stay). Arrive/depart Friday or Monday.
1 Bedroom Occupancy including 10% discount: £135 per night (3 night minimum stay). Arrive/ depart Friday or Monday.

RENTAL NOTES

10% reduced occupancy discount for up to 2 people sharing one bedroom. For couples wanting a luxury break with all the facilities the cottage has to offer, but without the second bedroom. Applies to all dates and lengths of stay across the year.
Weekend nights are Friday,Saturday and Sunday.
Payment via bank transfer
There is an additional charge of £25 for dogs per stay. (maximum 2)
A good housekeeping deposit of £150 is payable prior to your stay and will be refunded within 72 hours of departure if the cottage is returned in good order.
Please give at least 72hrs notice for booking.
For Christmas and New Year stays, no arrivals or departures 24th,25th,26th,31st December or 1st January. Minimum stay 5 nights.
