Covid-19 Policy

We take the health and safety of our guests and that of the local community very seriously.

We have instituted the following measures for everyone’s protection.

Our commitment to you:

An enhanced cleaning protocol in line with the Government cleaning guidelines.
All surfaces, including high touch areas are sanitised with EN14476 standard viricidal products.
Soft furnishings, pillows and duvets are all laundered and replaced regularly.
All bed linen and towels are washed with added disinfectant to EN14476 standard at high temperature.
Cleaning/ sanitising products are provided for your use, along with plenty of hand wash.
Self check in via a secure, sanitised key safe.

Your commitment:

Please do not travel if you, or anyone in your party, has symptoms of Covid 19. If you, or anyone in your party, develops symptoms during your stay, or tests positive for Covid 19, you should avoid contact with other people in accordance with government advice and notify me immediately.
Please observe good hygiene practices, wash your hands frequently, especially on entering , dispose of tissues promptly in the bins provided and sanitise surfaces with the products provided during your stay.
Please don’t arrive before 4pm and make sure you leave by 10am on the morning of departure. This will enable the enhanced cleaning protocol for Covid-19 to be completed in good time for everyone’s safety.

We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance on booking.
